We usually make a suggestion of suitable sizes and the correct saddle pad after taking you through our comprehensive saddlefit questionnaire. We then discuss your choice of accessories and give you a price for your package. Once full payment is received your products will be sent with Australia Post registered and insured. People who experience technical or other difficulties with the fitting questionnaire are most welcome to phone us instead and we go through the questionnaire together.
Postage of all saddle orders is capped @ $35 australiawide until further notice, postage for fur saddle orders is capped at $25
We accept the following payment options:
Paypal (2% surcharge sorry), money order, cash, direct deposits, COD and cheque
A 10 % deposit is due at the time of order, the balance is payable before we send your products. You can pay your saddle of over max. 6 months if this is more convenient for you. We do not charge interest or account keeping fees but can not deliver until the products are fully paid for, so it works like a lay-by system. You will be asked to keep track of your payments and to send us an email every time you make a progress payment.
