We usually make a suggestion for suitable sizes, length and thickness of panels and the correct saddle pad after taking you through our comprehensive saddlefit questionnaire. We then discuss your choice of accessories and give you a price for your package. Once full payment is received your products will be sent with Australia Post registered and insured. People who experience technical or other difficulties with the fitting questionnaire are most welcome to phone us instead and we go through the questionnaire together.
Postage of all saddle orders is capped @ $35 australiawide until further notice, postage for fur saddle orders is capped at $25
We accept the following payment options:
Direct Deposits, Paypal (2% surcharge sorry), money orders, cash, COD and cheques
Deposits at time of order:
A $1000 deposit is due at the time of order for all Hidalgo saddles, the balance is payable before we send your products. If we don’t have a Christ product in stock at time of order, a 20% deposit applies with the balance payable before we send the product to you.
You can pay your saddle of over max. 6 months if this is more convenient for you. I would order your saddle in when your collected payment amount has reached $1000 and happy to hold the saddle for you here in a safe and dry location until you have paid it of. There is no charge, interest or account keeping fees for lay-buys but I would like you to keep track of what you paid and what you owe. No products are delivered until they are paid for in full, sorry. Please do keep track of your payments and balance. Please send me an email or message every time you make a progress payment specifying the amount. The first deposit for all lay-buy saddles is $200.00 After that you can pay any time and any amout that works for you with a max term of 6 months.
Please see our policy page for more info also on our 7 day return policy which applies to most NEW saddles sold by Horse Connection. Not covered are special order items i.e. any saddle that is not black or brown or a combination of black and brown and merino products that had direct contact with a horse at your place. You are allowed and encouraged to use the products during the 7 day return option period, but please use protection i.e. a towel under, until you are sure that you will keep the products.
